The working principle of the vertical packaging machine is :the film of the drum placed on the supporting device is circling around the guide rod group and the tensioning device, and the position of the trademark pattern on the film package material is detected by the photoelectric detection and control device, and then the film through the bag former rolled into the round shape former wrapped on the surface of the filling tube.

First, the longitudinal heat sealing device is used to seal the film at the interface part of the rolled cylinder to obtain the sealing tube, and then the tube-shaped film moves to the transverse heat sealing device for transverse sealing, forming a packaging bag.

The weighing device fills the weighed items into the packaging bag through the upper filling pipe, and then heat-sealing them by the transverse heat sealer and cuts them off in the middle to form the package unit, and forms the bottom seal of the next bag.

The vertical packaging machine is a kind of machine which makes the flexible packaging material into a bagged cylinder, fills the material, seals it and completes three functions automatically and continuously.

Vertical packing machines are often used to pack lumpy, flaky, granular, branched, powdered, fluid and semi-fluid materials with the help of the metering and filling machines.
