A customer who produces hardware parts brought screws to our factory to test the machine. 3 types of screws, the length of longest screw is 115mm; packaging requirements: 5kg/bag, bag size: 250mm*300mm. In response to the customer’s test machine situation, after a round of communication between sales and professional technical engineers, the following packaging solutions were proposed.

1. Feeding device ofscrew packing machine: the longest single screw length is 115mm, and the weight is 5 grams. If the Z-type elevator is used, the material is too heavy and the chain drives the hopper to transport and lift the material. The hopper is prone to rollover, imbalance, dumping, and damage. Hopper, so the feeding device is recommended to use a large inclination feeder.

2. Weighing device ofscrew packing machine: The screws are weighed with a 10-head weigher, and then we installed a buffer rubber plate to upper tray, main vibration disk, chute and feeding tray to reduce noise and avoid direct friction. The weighing bucket is thickened, and the weighing volume is 2.5L

3. Packing film ofscrew packing machine: The screw hardware is heavy and hard. PE film is recommended for packaging film. Then install a thicker supporting and lower supporting device to load-bearing during blanking and prevent bag breakage.

4. Finished product conveying ofscrew packing machine: It is recommended to use chain plate conveying for finished products, which has high weighing capacity for heavy materials.
