Principle of Liquid Pump

• The main reason is that the cylinder drives the cylinder piston to close the upper check valve and feed the material from the suction pipe. In this state, the piston rod is pulled backward, which is the suction state. The discharging state is that the cylinder drives the piston to push forward and close the lower check valve to discharge the material from the filling nozzle. This is the feeding and discharging principle of simple liquid filling equipment.

Material adaptation standards: general liquids are suitable for liquid materials. Use household detergent, shampoo, and shower gel as the standard. If the viscosity exceeds the above three and has poor fluidity, liquid equipment is not considered for filling.
