包装机的工作原理如下：
1.将填料袋均匀地布置在密封条上，并将它们放在压条下方。
2.使用真空室闭合且施加一点压力，通过真空，密封，印刷和空气返回的整个包装工艺一次由电气自动编程控制。
3.当一个真空室工作时，另一个真空室可以放置制品。在一个真空室返回到零之后，上部真空室可以移动到另一个真空室以使左和右腔室交替地工作。
4.在工作过程中，如果发现异常现象，请按紧急停止按钮提前返回空气并再次工作。
5.暂停工作时，将锁切换放在“关闭”位置。当它停止使用时，切断电源并进行清洁工作。
The technical features of packing machine are as follow:

2. The machine has a wide range of packaging, including liquid, paste, powder, granule and solid. It only needs to choose different metering and filling devices according to different materials.
3. The packaging bag has a wide range of applications, including prefabricated bags and paper bags made of multilayer composite films.
4. Quickly change the bag specifications, and the width of the automatic bag feeding device may be easily and quickly adjusted by adjusting the handle.
5.满足食品加工机械的不卫生标准。与材料或包装袋接触的机器上的零部件配备不锈钢或其他满足食品卫生要求的材料，以确保食品的卫生和安全性。
6. The machine is equipped with testing device as standard, which can check that the filling device will not be filled and the heat sealing device will not be sealed when the machine is not packed or the packaging bag is not opened, so as to avoid waste of packaging materials and raw materials.
7. The package material loss is low, the machine uses prefabricated packaging bags, the packaging bag pattern is perfect, the sealing quality is good, thus improving the product grade.
8. Variable frequency speed regulation, this machine uses frequency conversion speed regulating device, which can be adjusted in a certain range according to the actual needs in production.
9. It is easy to operate. It adopts advanced PLC and Siemens (touch screen) electrical control system, friendly man-machine interface and convenient operation.
10.包装机可以自动完成包装制作，线喂养，标记，剂量，填充，密封，切割和计数。
包装机的故障和维护：
1、 Causes of low vacuum: pump oil pollution, too little or dilution; pumping time is too short; exhaust filter blockage treatment method: clean the vacuum pump, replace the vacuum pump oil; extend the pumping time; clean or replace the exhaust filter.
2、 Causes of big noise: the coupling of vacuum pump is worn or broken; the exhaust filter is blocked or the installation position is not correct; there is air leakage treatment: replace the vacuum pump; clean or change the exhaust filter and install it correctly; check whether the solenoid valve has air leakage and eliminate it.
3、 Causes of vacuum pump oil injection failure: suction valve 0-ring falls off; rotating disc wear treatment method: pull out the vacuum pipe on the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the pressure spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, re insert it into the groove, and then install; replace the rotating disc.
4，真空泵油泄漏的原因：堵塞了油返回阀;油窗松动;处理方法：取下油返回阀并清洁;排油后，拆下油窗并用原料胶带或薄塑料薄膜包裹。
5、 Causes of vacuum pump oil fume: exhaust filter blockage or pollution; pump oil pollution; oil return valve blockage treatment methods: clean or replace exhaust filter; replace new oil; clean oil return valve.
6，非加热故障的原因：加热条烧坏;加热时间继电器被烧坏;加热管线被烧坏，加热变压器破碎。治疗方法：更换加热器;更换加热线并牢固安装;更换加热变压器。
7，故障原因：冷却时间继电器已破裂;通气阀的电路短路;排气阀卡住或烧坏。治疗方法：更换时间继电器;查找并连接;删除并清洁或更换它。
8，泡泡袋失效的原因：压力阀破碎或阻挡;压力空气电路同时不平滑;处理方法：更换或清洁压力阀;拉直并疏通压力电路。
